MAIN ACTIVITIES: IFREI 2.0, this study analyzes how policies, the supervisor&#x2019;s management style and the organizational culture, together with the characteristics of the employee, have an impact on both organizational and individual outcomes. It also measures Corporate Family Responsibility and its impact on health, loyalty, intention to leave the company, and employee satisfaction within a particular company. This investigation compares the information provided by collaborators with the perceptions of their managers, to discover the different CFR environments in the same company. IFREI 1.5: This study is addressed to the employees, and measures the dissemination of policies, practices and leadership, and their impact on health, loyalty, intention to leave the company and employee satisfaction. IMPACT: Creation of the IFREI Club, a forum for companies aimed at promoting policies, leadership and flexible cultures to implement the best practices in Corporate Family Responsibility in the companies, and their impact on people and organization.</description></oembed>
