The programme consisted in 10 training sessions or workshops tailored to the concerns of the participants. The workshops are held on a biweekly basis at the Social Programs Centre of Aldeas Infantiles in Vigo. The target groups of the School have been disadvantaged families, that is, families with minors in foster care at any of the centres of Aldeas (Aldea, CPS, CAD…), and families from the Family-based Care Within the Extended Family Program, under agreement with Xunta de Galicia.
