And as a Specific Goal: Educational communities from L&#8217;Horta Nord committed to sustainable food and responsible consumption locally and globally. The project is based on Transformative Education through a socio-educational process aimed at promoting a more aware, committed, mobilized global citizenry that promotes participation, solidarity, and civic commitment before situations of inequality. A commitment the project will address through consideration, sustainable food, and responsible consumption.
