Strengthening nutritional and food security of the vulnerable population in 3 rural communities from Tacaná, Guatemala. 2nd Phase

In this 2nd phase, components related to food availability and community nutritional health services from the 1st phase will be consolidated, and there will be 3,954 new beneficiaries with food and nutritionally vulnerable families. Right to food will be promoted to end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture, working under a combined approach of access to and availability of nutritious food, as well as an increase of culturally and climatically adapted diversified food, which, as a whole, contributes to generating locally installed capacity to reduce food and nutritional insecurity among new families.
