The Overall Goal of this project is: to contribute to the building of a Valencian citizenry committed to and responsible for social justice and sustainable development through the fulfillment of the right to sustainable food in order to mitigate the effects of climate change (Sures globales – Global South). And as a Specific Goal: Educational communities from L’Horta Nord committed to sustainable food and responsible consumption locally and globally. The project is based on Transformative Education through a socio-educational process aimed at promoting a more aware, committed, mobilized global citizenry that promotes participation, solidarity, and civic commitment before situations of inequality. A commitment the project will address through consideration, sustainable food, and responsible consumption. It was granted in the 2025 call for proposals, and work will begin in 2026.
