Improvement of entrepreneurial and productive capabilities of indigenous women in extreme poverty so as to integrate them into the production process through the manufacture of quality craft products
IMPACT: Fostering entrepreneurship attitudes in the 150 participants of the program, thus increasing their human values, their income, and creating jobs through the development of small businesses. Women are never uprooted from their locality, but instead they are fully integrated in it. The intensive training program allows them to avoid spending a lot of time away from home. Besides, they are given an onsite follow-up meeting to examine the issues arising from their cultural environment.
