Promotion of rights through equitable and sustainable access to safe drinking water and sanitation in the rural indigenous community of Tres Lagunas, in the municipality of Porongo (department of Santa Cruz, Bolivia)
The project aims to provide water to 100% of the community, and to this end, it is proposed to build a 20,000-liter elevated water tank, install a pumping system and a water mains with household water connections in all homes. A Water Committee will be created that will set a fair price for consumption and will be made up of beneficiary families from the community. In addition, toilets will be built in the community school, and good hygiene practices, disease prevention, and responsible water use will be promoted through training for beneficiaries.

Promoción de derechos a través del acceso al agua potable y saneamiento seguro, de manera equitativa y sostenible, en la comunidad rural indígena de Tres Lagunas, en el municipio de Porongo (departamento de Santa Cruz, Bolivia)”
El proyecto tiene como objetivo dotar de agua al 100% de la comunidad y para ello se propone construir un tanque elevado de agua de 20.000 litros, instalar un sistema de bombeo y una red matriz con las conexiones domiciliarias de agua en todos los hogares. Se creará un Comité de Agua que dispondrá un precio justo por el consumo y estará conformado por familias beneficiarias de la comunidad. También se construirán baterías de baños en la escuela de la comunidad y se van a fomentar las buenas prácticas de higiene, prevención de enfermedades y el uso responsable del agua a través de capacitaciones a los beneficiarios
