Between February 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020, this project was executed with the support of the Community of Madrid together with the Madrid educational community.

The end of this project coincides with the definitive concession  of the Community of Madrid to the FABRE Foundation, to continue one more year improving this project and re-granting its confidence to continue promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda in the Madrid educational community.

During this project, 26 training workshops for students and teachers from diferent schools such as the CEIP Francisco Arranz, the IES María de Molina, and the Nazaret San Blas school; we celebrated more than 50 meetings with different social and institutional actors of the Community of Madrid. With the support of Navarra´s Government, the creation of the iDeas2030 website has been promoted:  an initiative for students and teachers around the world to carry out social action projects that help the SDGs through the Learning – Service methodology. In addition, we have had the great luck of being able to collaborate with such good organizations in their work with the youth and the educational community of Madrid, as is the case of Empieza por Educar Foundation,  Lo que nos mueve foundation, the United World Schools organization , ADESGAM association, and COPADE Foundation.

The conclusion of these good relations between organizations as SDG 17 marks us, is the collaboration with the COPADE Foundation to execute in the next months a pioneering project in the Sierra de Guadarrama to provide training workshops for students and teachers of the centers educational in 13 municipalities. Together with the support of COPADE and ADESGAM, we started to develop for the first time, the environmental approach in our workshops, resources and educational materials; In addition to other upcoming activities that we will advance.

We also want to thanks the Camilo José Cela University Foundation for their support in the arduous task of organizing the 1st Educational Exchange and Innovation Day for Sustainable Development. In January of this year we had very good evaluations by the public and the UCJC was consolidated as a reference in the field of educational innovation focused on Global Citizenship.

Finally, we must recognize the great work of Red ONGD de Madrid, that provides to all its partner organizations in matters of political influence, training and alliances among them. Thank you for opening the doors of this great platform, and for making it very easy for us to promote and collect success stories on EpDCG projects that we have developed.

One more year of project allows us to again offer the opportunity to educational centers to participate in this innovative project with the Sustainable Development Goals as a training and social change tool!

Entre el 1 de febrero de 2019 y el 31 de enero de 2020 se ha ejecutado este proyecto de EpDCG con el apoyo de la Comunidad de Madrid junto a la comunidad educativa madrileña.

El final de este proyecto vino acompañado de la concesión definitiva de la Comunidad de Madrid a la Fundación FABRE, para continuar un año más mejorando este proyecto y volviéndonos a otorgar su confianza para seguir impulsando los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas en la comunidad educativa madrileña.

Durante este proyecto se han llevado a cabo 26 talleres de formación a alumnado y docentes de varios centros como el CEIP Francisco Arranz, el IES María de Molina, y el colegio Nazaret San Blas; hemos celebrado más de 50 reuniones con diferentes actores sociales e institucionales de la Comunidad de Madrid.  Junto al gobierno de Navarra se ha impulsado la creación de la página web de #iDeas2030; una iniciativa dirigida al alumnado y profesorado de todo el mundo para que lleven a cabo proyectos de acción social que ayuden al cumplimiento de los ODS a través de la metodología de Aprendizaje – Servicio. Además, hemos tenido la gran suerte de poder colaborar con tan buenas organizaciones en su trabajo con la juventud y la comunidad educativa madrileña, como es el caso de la Fundación Empieza por Educar, la Fundación Lo Que Nos Mueve, la organización Colegios del Mundo Unido, la asociación ADESGAM, y la Fundación COPADE.

El fruto de estas buenas relaciones y entendimiento entre organizaciones como nos marca el ODS 17, es la colaboración con la Fundación COPADE para ejecutar en los próximos meses un proyecto pionero en la sierra de Guadarrama para impartir talleres de formación al alumnado y profesorado de los centros educativos que hay en sus 13 municipios. Junto al apoyo de COPADE y de ADESGAM, nos lanzamos a desarrollar por primera vez el enfoque medioambiental en nuestros talleres, recursos y materiales educativos; además de en otras próximas actividades que os iremos adelantando.

Queremos agradecer así mismo a la Fundación Universidad Camilo José Cela su apoyo en la ardua tarea de organizar la I Jornada de intercambio e innovación educativa para el Desarrollo Sostenible. La jornada que se celebró en enero de este año tuvo muy buenas evaluaciones por parte del público y se consolidó a la UCJC como referente en el ámbito de la innovación educativa enfocada en la Ciudadanía Global.

Por último, debemos reconocer el gran trabajo que la Red de ONGD de Madrid brinda a todas sus organizaciones socias en materia de incidencia política, formación y alianzas entre ellas.  Gracias por abrirnos las puertas de esta gran plataforma, y por facilitarnos mucho el trabajo de promoción y recopilación de casos de éxito en proyectos de EpDCG que hemos elaborado.

¡Un año más de proyecto nos permite ofrecer de nuevo la oportunidad a centros educativos para que participen en este innovador proyecto con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible como herramienta formativa y de cambio social!
