TARGET: Enhancing the self steem, and the productive and business capacities of 90 needy indigenous women from little rural communities.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: 6 training courses are held covering the technical, business and human areas: traditional clothing dressmaking, basketry and costume jewelry with different fibers and materials, machine embroidery and weaving made on backstrap loom, commercial bakery, commercial confectionery and local sweets, and fruit and vegetable packaging. The beneficiaries are helped to draw up a life plan, and a business plan.
IMPACT:
90 needy indigenous women would have received technical and business training to start up micro-enterprises either individually or as a group.
72 (80%) women enter the productive process, consolidating their micro-enterprises, improving its productivity and marketing channels.
18 (20%) women produce occasionally and enter gradually the productive process

OBJETIVO: Se han mejorado las capacidades productivas y empresariales, y potenciado la autoestima de 90 mujeres indígenas de escasos recursos de pequeñas comunidades rurales.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES: Se imparten 6 cursos integrando las áreas técnica, empresarial y humana: Corte y Confección de prendas típicas, de Cestería y Bisutería con distintas fibras, de Bordado a máquina y en telar de cintura, Panadería Comercial, Repostería Comercial y Dulces Típicos y envasados de frutas y verduras. Se acompaña a las beneficiarias en la elaboración de un proyecto de vida y un plan de negocios.
IMPACTO:
90 mujeres indígenas en situación de extrema pobreza reciben capacitación técnica/empresarial para la puesta en marcha de un micro-emprendimiento individual o grupal 72
(80%) Se incorporan al proceso productivo, consolidando sus microempresas, mejorando su productividad y canales de comercialización.
18 (20%) producen esporádicamente y se incorporan paulatinamente al proceso productivo.
