Reinforcement of medical protocols in rural communities of Quetzaltenango, with special attention to prevention in subjects such as maternal and children health and nutrition training and the reliance of women on the medical care facilities of the region
We work to improve maternal and child health and nutrition in rural areas by raising awareness in the families and training volunteers through health programs. The women beneficiaries improve their capacity to assist the sick, to know when to transfer patients and give first-aid assistance through the use of previously-trained medical actors.

Fortalecimiento de los procesos sanitarios en comunidades rurales de Quetzaltenango, con especial atención en el componente de prevención en las áreas de formación materna, infantil y nutricional, así como su vinculación a entidades de atención sanitaria en la región
Trabajamos por mejorar la salud materna, infantil y nutricional en comunidades rurales a través de la sensibilización a familias y formación de voluntarias sanitarias. Las mujeres beneficiarias mejoran sus capacidades de acompañamiento, referencia oportuna y atención básica gracias a la participación de agentes de salud ya entrenados.
