The project prioritizes reducing the gap in the availability of the right to education in primary and secondary schools as the inputs, infrastructure, furniture, materials, social spaces and health services of such public schools are in deteriorating conditions, inadequate or insufficient to the age and gender of the children and, consequently, prevent them from the development of their abilities.

En el proyecto priorizamos reducir la brecha en la disponibilidad del derecho a la educación: en primaria y secundaria los insumos, infraestructura, mobiliario, materiales, espacios sociales y servicios sanitarios de las escuelas públicas están en estado de deterioro, son inadecuados o insuficientes para la edad y el género de los niños, impidiendo el desarrollo de sus capacidades.
