Promotion of rights through access to drinking water in order to increase resilience to COVID-19 in the indigenous community of Piso Firme (Santa Cruz, Bolivia)
The project is developed in the indigenous community of Piso Firme, San Ignacio de Velasco, where 547 people live. Within this project, a drinking water distribution system will be built. In addition, beneficiaries will form the Water Committee, and workshops on hygiene, disease prevention and promotion of the right to water will be provided. Medical brigades will be also organized for the prevention of infectious diseases.

Promoción de derechos a través del acceso al agua potable, para aumentar la resiliencia frente al COVID-19 en la comunidad indígena de Piso Firme (Santa Cruz, Bolivia)
El proyecto se desarrolla en la comunidad indígena de Piso Firme, en San Ignacio de Velasco, donde habitan 547 personas. Con proyecto se construirá un sistema de distribución de agua potable. Además, los beneficiarios conformarán el Comité de Agua y se dictarán talleres en higiene, prevención de enfermedades y promoción del Derecho al Agua; también se organizarán brigadas médicas para la prevención de enfermedades infecciosas.
