The project prioritizes reducing the gap in the availability of the right to education in primary and secondary schools as the inputs, infrastructure, furniture, materials, social spaces and health services of such public schools are in deteriorating conditions, inadequate or insufficient to the age and gender of the children and, consequently, prevent them from the development of their abilities.

Mejorada la disponibilidad de los recursos básicos para el acceso a la educación en el municipio de Poroma.
El proyecto prioriza reducir la brecha en la disponibilidad del derecho a la educación: en primaria y secundaria, con insumos, infraestructura, mobiliario, materiales, espacios sociales y servicios sanitarios de las escuelas públicas que están en estado de deterioro, son inadecuados o insuficientes para la edad y el género de la niñez, impidiendo el desarrollo de sus capacidades.
