AIM: to offer training plans at the state level primarily aimed at employed persons, and specific programs at the state level to improve employability, qualification and professional insertion for young people under the age of 30 years. and for young people in the Youth Guarantee program of the public employment service and the Tripartite Foundation.
ACTIVITIES: Individualized education. Workshops for the personal and professional development of quality. Courses to enhance labour orientation and insertion.
IMPACT: The project has driven private training for professionals in the sector, in close collaboration with the companies and associations in the industry, while increasing our relationship and mutual support in fostering employment.
