The grant of scholarships was approved for Intermediate Cooking School and Higher level Restaurant School, to students who come from families with few economic resources, either from the city or from rural areas, or even from apartments and shelters for minors with family difficulties – of whom there are many in need of help to pursue their studies. This is an attempt to meet the challenge of preparing all-purpose professionals with a high level of competence and a clear calling to serve, independent of the economic resources of each one.
