TARGET: Care service for 30 elderly people in need and living alone, from the suburb of Las Flores or other suburbs surrounding El Caney settlement.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Health care, personal cleanliness and rest. Occupational therapy designed by an expert; games and activities, physical activity appropriate to the age and health of each beneficiaries, Craft workshops, engagement in educational talks on topics of interest to the group, monthly tour.
IMPACT: The 30 beneficiaries are in fair physical and emotional health, thus minimizing the risks for physical and mental illnesses linked to the old age and to their relatives and neighbours neglect.

OBJETIVO: Atender a 30 ancianos en estado de vulnerabilidad, pertenecientes al reparto Las Flores o barrios cercanos al poblado de El Caney y vivan solos.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES: Atención medica, aseo y descanso. Terapia ocupacional programada por un especialista, juegos y dinámicas, ejercicios físicos afines a la edad y al estado de salud de cada beneficiario, Talleres de manualidades, Participación en charlas educativas centradas en los intereses del grupo beneficiario, paseo mensual.
IMPACTO: Los 30 beneficiarios gozan de un aceptable estado de salud física y emocional, minimizando los riesgos de padecer las enfermedades físicas y psíquicas asociadas a la tercera edad y al abandono por parte de familiares y vecinos.
