A triennial agreement with the international center of Work and Family of the IESE has been established whose objectives were:
• To improve the current situation and career path of people working in organizations so that they are able to experience quality and balance in both their professional and their family life.
• Investigate, analyze and encourage career advancement among women, as well as integration of different aspects of their lives in order for them to reach their full potential.

Se ha establecido un convenio trienal con el centro internacional de trabajo y Familia del IESE. Los objetivos han sido:
• Mejorar las circunstancias y las trayectorias profesionales de las personas en las organizaciones, a fin de que puedan tener una vida profesional y familiar equilibrada y de calidad.
• Investigar, analizar y promover el avance profesional de la mujer, así como la integración de los diferentes aspectos de su vida para la consecución de un desarrollo pleno.
