TARGET: Supporting the work of the International Centre for Work and Family, and, in particular, the activity of the IFREI (IESE Family Responsible Employer Index), a diagnostic tool of the organization created by the ICWF to assess the Corporate Family Responsibility level in companies, and its impact in people and organization.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Desarrollo de los siguientes estudios: IFREI 2.0: this study analyzes how policies, the supervisor management style and the organizational culture, together with the characteristics of the employee, have an impact on both organizational and individual outcomes. It also measures Corporate Family Responsibility and its impact on health, loyalty, intention to leave the company, and employee satisfaction within a particular company. This investigation contrasts the information provided by collaborators with the perceptions of their managers, to discover the different CFR environments in the same company. IFREI 1.5: This study is addressed to the employees, and measures the dissemination of policies, practices and leadership, and their impact on health, loyalty, intention to leave the company and employee satisfaction.
IMPACT: Creation of the IFREI Club, a forum for companies aimed at promoting policies, leadership and flexible cultures to implement the best practices in Corporate Family Responsibility in the companies, and their impact on people and organizations

OBJETIVO: Apoyar la labor del International Centre for Work and Family y especialmente del IFREI (IESE Family Responsible Employer Index), instrumento de diagnóstico de la organización creado por el ICWF para el análisis del nivel de Responsabilidad Familiar Corporativa en las empresas y su impacto en las personas y la organización.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES: Desarrollo de los siguientes estudios: IFREI 2.0: Estudio que compara la percepción de los empleados acerca de las políticas, las prácticas y el liderazgo familiarmente responsable de su empresa, con la percepción de los managers. Además compara el impacto de una empresa familiarmente responsable sobre el rendimiento, bienestar y satisfacción de los empleados de esa empresa, con una muestra representativa del país. IFREI 1.5: Estudio dirigido al empleado con el objetivo de mostrar el impacto de las políticas, las prácticas y el liderazgo familiarmente responsable sobre su salud, su vínculo de lealtad , su intención de dejar la empresa, y su satisfacción.
IMPACTO: Creación del Club IFREI, foro de empresas que nace con la finalidad de promover políticas, liderazgo y culturas flexibles que redundan en unas mejores prácticas de conciliación trabajo-familia en las empresas y su impacto en las personas y la organización.
