TARGET: Training series addressed to Lithuanian women, mainly aimed at providing participants the necessary tools and knowledge to strengthen their self-knowledge and self-esteem. These series also seek to consolidate the role of women in family and in the Lithuanian working society.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Six lectures on topics such as: “The identity of women”, “Discovering the world of our feelings”, “The importance of clothes in the expression and empowerment of femininity”, “¿Is it in my hands to improve my character?” “Fostering dialogue and good relationships in family”, “The importance of good manners in interpersonal relationships”. A three day seminar on communication in the family and working sphere will be organised, and there will be also a workday for families.
IMPACT: 70 people will benefit directly from the training received at lectures and seminars. The rest of the Lithuanian people will know the results of this training effort through press releases. Empowerment of Lithuanian women and families, and improvement of labour relations.

OBJETIVO: Ciclo de formación dirigido a mujeres y cuyo objetivo principal es el de proporcionar a las participantes las herramientas y los conocimientos necesarios para fortalecer el conocimiento propio y autoestima de la mujer lituana y asentar mejor su papel en la familia y en la sociedad laboral lituana.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES: Seis conferencias sobre temas como “La identidad de la mujer”, “Descubrir el mundo de nuestros sentimientos”, “La importancia del vestido en la expresión y realización de la feminidad”, “¿Está en mis manos mejorar mi carácter?” “Fomentar el dialogo y buenas relaciones en la familia”, “Trascendencia de los buenos modales en las relaciones interpersonales”. Se organizará también un seminario de tres días sobre la comunicación en el ámbito familiar y laboral y una jornada para las familias.
IMPACTO: 70 personas se van a beneficiar directamente de la formación impartida en conferencias y seminario. A través de las notas de prensa el resto de población lituana va a tener conocimiento de los resultados de esa formación. Fortalecimiento de las mujeres y familias lituanas, así como mejoramiento de las relaciones laborales.
