It aims to identify disadvantaged 2710 women who reside in El Quiché, Sololá and Totonicapán departments, as well as raise awareness on their situation, support their training and give them business advice, so that they may develop or strengthen competencies to enter in the labour market either as employees or self-employed.

Fomento de la inserción socio profesional de la mujer rural, a través de la formación técnica productiva, el apoyo integral en servicios empresariales y el acceso al crédito en Guatemala.
Se pretende identificar, sensibilizar, apoyar en su formación y asesorar empresarialmente a 2710 mujeres desfavorecidas, que reside en los departamentos del Quiché, Sololá y Totonicapán para que puedan desarrollar o fortalecer competencias para insertarse ya sea de manera dependiente o autónoma al mercado laboral.
