TARGET: Strengthening health skills and services to improve health care for the families of surrounding communities.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Health training for 125 new volunteers of the communities being assisted. 5 medical workshops with an average attendance of 25 people per day. 5 expert-led workshops to learn about the guidelines of action against natural disasters with an average attendance of 50 people per workshop.
IMPACT: Strengthening and enhancement of primary health care for the families in the area. Carrying out a contingency plan and guidelines of action against natural disasters, as well as training of healthcare specialists and volunteers to respond effectively to crisis in the area like the earthquakes.

OBJETIVO: Refuerzo de las competencias y servicios sanitarios para la mejora de la atención socio-sanitaria a las familias de las comunidades cercanas.
ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES: Formar a 125 nuevas voluntarias en salud en las comunidades atendidas. Realización de 5 jornadas médicas con una asistencia promedio de 25 pers./jornada. Realización de 5 talleres-guía sobre las directrices de actuación ante desastres naturales con una participación media de 50 pers./taller .
IMPACTO: Refuerzo y mejora de la atención primaria a las familias de la zona. Diseño de un protocolo de contingencia y actuación ante desastres naturales. Formación de técnicos sanitarios y voluntarios que mejore su respuesta ante crisis como los terremotos.
